EVERY BREATH IS A BLESSING
For most of my life, I struggled heavily with my mental health and self-worth. I fought relentlessly in my dark inner world while maintaining a (mostly) light outer expression. Breathwork is the life raft turned life force that has transformed my existence entirely. It’s allowed me to alchemize my pain, find solace from suicidal thoughts and heal countless wounds.
This practice has given me the power to not just survive life’s storms, but to face them head on with strength. I’ve learned to truly cherish my life and realize that every breath that we experience is a blessing.
Let’s Make them count
Maintaining a positive outlook on life can be exhausting when we are faced with so much opposition on a day-to-day basis. Many of us can get trapped in states of overwhelm or stress, leading us to feel powerless in our own lives.
I believe the path to healing begins with radical acts of love for the Self. For me, this meant choosing to love myself enough to no longer accept a life filled with heartache and unhappiness. Incredible transformation took place when I began to pour love and compassion into myself.
Our self-transformation creates a ripple effect that has the power to heal our communities. Together, we have the ability to transform our current reality and curate a more heart-centered one. We have the power to take control of our lives and shape a better world, not just for the present moment, but for future generations too.
We deserve it.

Do you use dark humor to cope with the weight of the world? Nothing wrong with that, it’s just alchemy! Humor is my second favorite coping mechanism. It came naturally growing up in a family that regularly had a practical joke or sarcastic jab waiting in the arsenal. My favorite memories with both sides of my family were always spent doubled-over in laughter over something ridiculous.
I honestly believe that the silliness and joy woven throughout my childhood brought ease to an inner world that often felt confusing and chaotic. My favorite thing about Motherhood is that it has given me a huge permission slip to lean into that playfulness more than ever. There is nothing quite like immersing yourself into a child’s world and allowing it to heal your own inner child. Our lives are meant to be enjoyed, let’s discover how we can weave more joy into them together!
