  • Breathwork is a therapeutic practice that involves consciously controlling and manipulating the breath to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By engaging in specific breathing techniques, you can release stored tension and trauma, and cultivate greater self-awareness.

  • The breathwork style that I facilitate falls somewhere between Wim Hof and Holotropic Breathwork. The purpose of the breathwork journey is to activate the sympathetic nervous system (flight or flight response) in a controlled and safe way. Once it’s activated we have the opportunity to release any old stories, emotions or stagnant energy.

  • During your session, you’ll lie down in a comfortable position and relax as I guide you through breathing patterns. Throughout the breathwork, you may experience a range of sensations, emotions, and insights. Some people report feelings of relaxation, euphoria, emotional release, or heightened awareness. Sessions are performed via Zoom and in person by request.
